| About the Gallery |
| Art Central Gallery is a co-operative art gallery located in beautiful downtown Summerville, South Carolina. The gallery is owned and run by local award-winning artists, and therefore offers the unique experience of meeting an artist during each visit. We offer an exceptional selection of original paintings, photography and designer jewelry. A collection of hand-crafted pottery, woodcarving, artist prints and note cards is also offered. Art Central has it all -- lowcountry landscapes, Charleston and Summerville street scenes, wildlife, florals, abstracts, or a one-of-a-kind gift for that special person. Gift Certificates, a Gift Registry, and a Layaway plan are available for your convenience. Our Artists also accept commissions and would be happy to arrange a personal showing of larger pieces to help you fill that special spot. Art Central celebrated its 10th Anniversary in October 2008, and has been located for those ten years on the vibrant pedestrian-only street, "Short Central" -- a "must see" for anyone visiting Summerville! |
